Aristide Mauro Arista

CEO

As a Mechanical Engineer, he discovered the electronic calculators and was awarded a degree prize from Pisa CNUCE.

He was one of the first to work in the Itasiel group and took part in the famous RGS project. He then joined the EFIM group, where he held several posts, becoming member of the holding’s staff, in charge of the Informative Systems in an aluminum Company, Efimdata Chief Executive  and a  UNISYS joint-venture administrator.

More than 20 years ago, he left the Company to devote himself to freelance activity. Next, he set up with some friends the A&P Consulting Company, staking on relations, credibility and skills.

Massimo Benedetti

Vice President

Graduated in Information Engineering at the Computing School of Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh, he studied Industrial Robotics and Artificial Intelligence at the Milan Polytechnic. Then, he studied Project Management at the Business Management School of Turin University.

He has over thirty years of experience in IT projects development, IT and Enterprise Architecture and Methodology.

During the years, he formed many study and work groups on IT and industrial problems modeling and methodology, and specific analysis languages studies (UML,SysML, so on...).

He is an A&P Consulting promoting partner and Vice President, Senior Architect and Company Methodologist. He has control of Enterprise Architecture  and System Engineering settlement, and set-up projects phases.

Michele De Nisi

Partner

Graduated as a Mechanical Engineer at La Sapienza, University of Rome, he built  his wide experience over more than twenty years of  work on the organizational phenomena analysis and ICT, both in public and private Companies.

After a very busy and fruitful period working for the EFIM group as Head of Organization and Human Resources, he embarked on a career as a freelance. Since 2000, he is an A&P Consulting promoting partner.

He is currently in charge of projects for the analysis and modeling of Enterprise Architecture.

Elena Arista

Partner

Graduated with honours in Mechanical Engineering, biomedical course, she is an A&P Consulting partner and in charge of BU Telco, Energy & PAL.

After a working experience at Andersen Consulting (Accenture) as an Area Process Analyst, where she worked on ERP facilities – OIL area - she joined the re-engineering project of Acea SpA Logistics, while transiting from Public Company to Holding. She then became responsible for its inventory.

Since 2003, she has been collaborating with A&P Consulting, where she is also an executive board member, making good use of her project analysis and management skills, and customer relations care. In 2005 she became responsible for the Enterprise Architecture Area and in 2007 Production Vice-Director.

Claudia Salaris

Partner - IT Consulting Manager

Graduated with honours as a Telecommunications Engineer at La Sapienza University of Rome, she is an A&P Consulting Partner and  in charge of IT Consulting.

She worked for several years as Analyst, developing Software modeling skills, using the standards UML  e SysML and RUP methodology. A special focus concerns the settlement requirements and design specifications both in forward and reverse documental engineering.

She is currently in charge of analysis projects and enterprise architecture modeling, and participates in the SW lab for research and development and application prototyping.

Domenico Fabbri

EA Consulting Manager

Graduated in Electronic Engineering, over his 15 years of work he gained professional experience both in the public administration (Transport and Infrastructure Ministry) and in Telecom Italia, where he worked for its mobile telephony section, TIM.

He gathered expertise in administrative processes and procedures regulating the public funding of great infrastructures and gained specific technical know-how in the Core Network-Switching Systems Development area as Network Engineer.

He has ITIL v.3 and ISPIM certification and is currently in charge of the Enterprise Architecture Consulting area, offering important public and private clients the experience gathered in the management of analysis projects and modeling of business strategies, organizational structures, processes, information flows, applications and technological infrastructures.

Annarita Bovi

Lab & Service Desk Manager

Being a qualified Accountant, having attended the Programmer Course at the Vittorio ITC high school in Rome, she has great program development experience in Progress and Java environments and in databases such as Oracle and SQL Server. She has worked as an Analyst as well, developing software modeling skills in UML.

After a six-year working experience for an Italian software house, as a 4GL Progress and Java developer, in 2005 she joined A&P Consulting as Lab (internal and Casewise products) and Service Desk Manager.

Gianluca Bai

Business Development Manager

Graduated with honours in Electronic Engineering, he initially gained Project Management expertise on defence and avionic systems at Finmeccanica/Selex Galileo.

Subsequently he worked at Xerox Corporation as Sales Manager and Business Developer, participating in the start up of Global Services, the division providing services and organising business process outsourcing.

The acquired skills gave him the ability to combine business insight with project management methodologies, delivering strategic value within solutions and complex projects.

He currently works as Business Development Manager, holding responsibility for defining the go-to-market strategy and the value proposition, supporting the consulting department.
