A&P Consulting is joining a great day-long event devoted non only to project managers but also to company directors and functional managers, organized by the Italian Institute for Project Management (ISIPM). In the course of the convention we are going to introduce the maturity model devised by Darcy Prado, from Brazil, supported by the renowned Russel D. Archibald, honorary member of ISIPM.
Indeed, during the convention we will try to give tangible answers to the question “When is our organization, or single function, to be regards 'mature' when it comes to project management issues?”
Following a research purposely conducted by ISIPM on the foremost International Project Management Maturity Models, Prado's model is held by ISIPM as a simple and easy-to-use instrument which, at the same time, is very useful in evaluating the expertise of the company function in point, but also to define a possible growth plan later.
In addition, during the convention we are going to introduce a preview of Darci Prado's book “Expertise in project management - A growth model of project management in organizations”, translated and expanded by ISIPM and edited by Franco Angeli Editions [book cover].
