A&P Consulting is joining a great day-long event devoted not only to project managers but also to company directors and functional managers, organized by the Italian Institute for Project Management (ISIPM). In the course of the convention we are going to introduce the maturity model devised by Darcy Prado, from Brazil, supported by the renowned Russel D. Archibald, honorary member of ISIPM.

During the convention we will try to give tangible answers to the question “When is our organization, or single function, to be regards 'mature' when it comes to project management issues?”

A&P Consulting, as Master Reseller for Italy, is organizing the first Italian event devoted to Casewise products distributors' network in Italy. During the event, besides the whole Casewise products Suite, we are going to introduce a preview of oncoming novelties, the products' RoadMap and some “insides” about Casewise strategies. Companies already working with A&P Consulting and Casewise through a Partnership are going to join the event as new potential partners already utilizing this tool.
